Usage Safety & Handling Protocols

Safe Handling & First-Aid Guide

Eleeva produces professional-grade cyanoacrylate adhesives with rapid bonding speeds. Please follow these precautions for safe application and emergency care.

Keep Out of Reach of Children

Always store bottles tightly capped in a high, secure cabinet away from infants, children, and household pets.

Danger: Irritating to Eyes

Bonds skin and eyes in seconds. Wear protective eyewear when dispensing above shoulder height or under pressure.

Avoid Direct Skin Contact

Do not touch wet adhesive. Cyanoacrylate reacts with natural skin moisture and locks instantly.

Use in Well-Ventilated Areas

Vapors may irritate respiratory systems. Work near open windows, exhaust fans, or outdoors when bonding large pieces.

Do Not Use on Cotton or Wool

Contact with raw cotton or wool fibers causes an exothermic chemical reaction (high heat and smoking). Use gloves made of polyethylene or vinyl.

Store in Cool & Dry Location

Keep nozzle clean and cap tightly sealed. Store upright between 5°C and 20°C away from direct sunlight and heat.
First-Aid Protocol

What to do in case of accidental contact

Follow these standard medical steps immediately. Remain calm and act promptly if accidental contact occurs.

01

Skin or Fingers Bonded Together

Soak bonded area in warm, soapy water for 5–10 minutes. Gently peel or roll surfaces apart using a blunt edge, such as a spoon handle, or apply acetone (nail polish remover). Wash skin and apply moisturizer.

⚠ DO NOT pull or rip skin apart forcefully
02

Adhesive in Eyes or Eyelids

Immediately flush eye with lukewarm water for at least 15 minutes. Cover eye with a moist gauze pad and seek immediate medical attention from an ophthalmologist.
⚠ DO NOT try to force eyelids open
03

Lips Bonded or Mouth Contact

Saliva will naturally begin to break down the bond. Apply warm water to lips and gently maneuver saliva against the bonded area. If swallowed,

⚠ DO NOT swallow acetone or solvents
04

Inhalation of Heavy Fumes

Move the affected person to fresh air immediately. If breathing irritation, coughing, or a burning sensation persists, consult a physician.
⚠ Keep workshop windows open
